OpenVnmrJ (the same software used to operate the instruments) can be downloaded and installed from GitHub for macOS and Ubuntu or Red Hat-based distributions of Linux. A setup script and instructions for Windows users to install OpenVnmrJ via Windows Subsystem for Linux is also available via GitHub.

SpinWorks

SpinWorks is a free program developed by Kirk Marat for processing 1D and 2D NMR data.

GNAT

The General NMR Analysis Toolbox (GNAT) is a free MATLAB-based toolbox for processing NMR data. It is mainly used for processing diffusion (DOSY), relaxation (T₁ / T₂), and kinetics experiments. The download page contains a compiled version for Windows or you can download the MATLAB version to run on other platforms. Instructions for installing MATLAB can be found on the .
